Finding Notification Logs:

  • Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Go to Notification Logs Section from the main menu to access the respective page.

  • Notification Logs: Within this section, you can access notification logs from various platforms such as SMS, Email, and Whatsapp. Additionally, you have the option to enable or disable notifications from each platform according to your preference.
