How to Create a Delivery Request in POS?

Creating Delivery Request in POS:

  • Access Turns POS: Log in to the Turns POS using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Navigate to the "Delivery Request” tab from the dashboard screen.

  • Selecting Customer and Order: Enter the name of the customer for whom you wish to create the delivery and select the corresponding order.

  • Choosing Delivery Service: Choose the preferred delivery service from the available options, which include Route or Doordash.

  • Completing Necessary Fields: Fill out essential details such as selecting the date from the calendar and specifying the timing for the delivery.

  • Proceeding with Payment and Notes: Click on “Proceed” to choose the payment method for the delivery. Optionally, add any driver notes if required before proceeding further.

  • Confirmation: Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your delivery request has been successfully created. You can also verify the request on the Delivery List.
