Step 1: Access Business Manager
Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Delivery Requests
From the main menu, select Transactions.
Click on Delivery Requests from the dropdown menu to access the delivery request list.
Step 3: Initiate a New Delivery Request
Click on the "+" icon to start creating a new delivery request.
Step 4: Enter Delivery Request Details
In the Create Delivery Request dialogue box, fill in the required fields:
Store Name: Select a store from the dropdown list or enter your preferred store manually.
Customer Name: Provide the name of the customer for the delivery request.
Service Type: Choose the type of service:
Route
DoorDash
Step 5: Specify Delivery Date and Time
Select the desired delivery date and time on the next page.
Step 6: Apply Promo or Coupon (Optional)
If a promo code or coupon is available, apply it before proceeding to the next step.
Step 7: Review the Delivery Request Summary
On the summary page, review all the details of your delivery request to ensure accuracy.
Step 8: Complete the Process
Once verified, finalize the request.
Your newly created delivery request will now appear in the Delivery Requests List.
