New & Improved Subscription feature is now available in our Mobile App, Business Manager. This feature allows managers to create or assign subscriptions to customers, and customers can purchase subscriptions directly from the mobile app.
We currently offer the following types of subscriptions:
Lbs./Kg
Quantity (Qty)
Credit
Each type of subscription can be created based on price lists or specific items. Additionally, you can offer subscriptions with free pickup and Door Dash fees, among other functionalities.
How to Use the Subscription Feature
1. Creating a Subscription:
Navigate to Product & Services.
Click on Subscription.
Click on the "+" button to create a new subscription.
Select the type of subscription you want to create (Qty, Lbs/Kg, Credit, etc.).
Fill in the details for the subscription and save it.
After saving, you will be redirected to the subscription list where you can view and manage your subscriptions.
2. Assigning a Subscription to a Customer:
From the Subscription List, you can view details and assign subscriptions to customers.
Alternatively, go to Transaction > Assign Subscription.
Click on the "+" button to assign a subscription.
elect the customer and the subscription, choose the start date, and click on Pay Later or Pay Now.
The customer will receive a notification about the assigned subscription.
3. Managing Assigned Subscriptions:
After assigning a subscription, you will be redirected to the Assigned Subscription List.
From here, employees can:
View subscription details.
Enable or disable subscriptions.
Take payments for unpaid subscriptions.
Edit assigned subscriptions.
4. Creating Orders with Subscriptions:
Employees can create orders using the subscription for the assigned customer.
5. Customer Purchase:
Customers can also purchase subscriptions directly from the mobile app.
