If the Customer doesn’t want to use the Subscription for one particular Order then follow the below steps:
Initiate a New Order:
Click on "New Order" from the dashboard.
Select the Customer:
Search for and select the desired customer from the dropdown menu.
Proceed Without Subscriptions:
On the Customer Details page, do not select any of the customer's existing subscriptions. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom right to proceed.
Create the Order:
Enter the details to create a new order for the customer.
