Step 1: Log In
Open the Turns Business Manager.
Enter your authorized credentials to securely access the system.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customer Section
From the main menu, select the Customers option to open the customer management interface.
Step 3: Select the Desired Customer
On the Customer page, locate the customer to whom you want to apply a promo or coupon.
Click on the Edit icon in the Action column next to the selected customer to access their profile.
Step 4: Choose a Promo or Coupon
Scroll to the Other Details section on the Edit Customer page.
Find the Select Promo or Coupon option.
Click the dropdown menu and select the appropriate promo or coupon for the customer.
Step 5: Save Changes
After selecting the desired promotion or coupon, click the Update button.
This action saves your changes and assigns the selected promo or coupon to the customer.
