Here's a step-by-step approach:

To create a pickup request through your Point of Sale (POS) system

  • Start at Home Screen:

    • From the POS home screen, click on 'Pickup Request'.

  • Enter Customer Details:

    • Type in the customer's name and select them from the list.

  • Choose the Service:

    • Select the service required by the customer.

  • Set Date and Time:

    • Choose the appropriate date and time for the pickup.

  • Proceed to the Next Step:

    • Click 'Proceed' located at the bottom right of the screen.

  • Apply Discounts/Promos:

    • If available, select any promotional offers or discounts for this order.

  • Add Driver Notes:

    • Enter any specific notes or instructions for the driver.

  • Finalize the Pickup Request:

    • Click 'Proceed' to complete and create the pickup request.

  • Access Pickup Requests:

    • To view the request, go back to the home screen and select 'Pickup List'. Here you'll find all pickup requests.

Setting Up Recurring Pickup:For a recurring pickup, when setting the date and time, you'll find an option for 'Recurring Order' at the left bottom. Choose the frequency according to your needs.
