How to convert a Pickup Request to an Order in Turns Business Manager?

Efficiently manage your pickup requests by converting them into orders. Follow these step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager

Access the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.


Step 2: Navigate to Pickup Requests

  1. From the main menu, go to Transactions.

  2. Select Pickup Requests from the dropdown menu to view the list of pickup requests.


Step 3: Locate and Convert the Pickup Request

  1. Identify the desired pickup request from the list.

  2. In the Action column, click on the Convert to Order option.


Step 4: Confirm Conversion

A confirmation alert will appear.

  • Select Yes to proceed.
    This will take you to the Order Confirmation Page, where you can review and edit order details if necessary.


Step 5: Choose a Payment Option

  1. Select either Charge Later or Charge Now to proceed to the payment stage.


Step 6: Print and Notify (Optional)

  1. Print receipts for both the customer and store if required.

  2. Send notifications to the customer regarding the order status.


Step 7: To do - Orders Hub

  1. Now the order would be created and moved to Orders Hub's To do status

  2. Click Start Processing to initiate the order.


Notes for Order Completion

  1. Once the order is in the Processing stage, proceed as follows:

    • Click Ready for Pickup/Delivery when the order is prepared.

    • Select Complete to finalize the entire process.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly manage pickup requests and ensure a smooth transition to completed orders.
