To control which employees can offer discounts on service orders in the Business Manager, follow these steps:
Log into Business Manager:
Access the Business Manager with your login credentials.
Navigate to the Employees Section:
From the main dashboard, select the 'Employees' option.
Find the Employee to Edit:
Browse through your list of employees. For the employee you wish to set permissions for, scroll right to their information.
Open Edit Mode:
Click on the pen icon (edit) next to the relevant employee’s details.
Adjust Discount Permissions:
In the 'Other details' section of the employee's profile, locate 'Allow Service Order Discount'.
