Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager
Use your authorized credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Orders Section
Click on the Transactions section in the main menu.
Select Orders from the dropdown to view the Order List.
Step 3: Select the Target Order
Locate the specific order you want to update.
Step 4: Access the Order Status Column
Scroll to the Order Status column on the right-hand side of the interface.
Step 5: Open the Order Status Dialogue Box
Click on the status of the chosen order.
This will open the Order Status dialogue box.
Step 6: Update Order Details
Order Status: Select the new status from the dropdown menu.
Order Note (Optional): Add any relevant information or instructions in the note field.
Step 7: Confirm the Update
Click Update Order Status to save the changes.
Step 8: Verify the Updated Status
Return to the Order List.
Confirm the new status is displayed for the order.
