Changing the Order Status from Business Manager:
Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Navigate to Transactions section from the main menu and then select Orders option from the dropdown menu to access the Order List.
Select Target Order: Choose the specific order for which you intend to modify the status.
Navigate to Order Status Column: Locate the Order Status column on the right-hand side of the interface.
Access Order Status Dialogue Box: Click on the respective order, triggering the Order Status dialogue box to appear.
Complete Required Fields:
a. Order Status: From the dropdown list, select the appropriate status for the order.
b. Order Note: Optionally, include any relevant notes for the order.
Finalize Status Update: Click "Update Order Status" to confirm and conclude the status change process.
Review Updated Order Status: Verify the updated status of the selected order, now reflecting the changes made.
