How to Disable Customer Information from Showing in New Orders

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel: Start by accessing the Admin or Business Manager section of your dashboard.

  2. Search for Customer Information: Locate the search box within the Admin panel. Enter the customer's details to bring up their profile.

  3. Adjust Status Settings: On the customer's profile page, scroll to the right until you find the "Status" section.

  4. Disable the Profile: Click on the toggle option and select 'Disable'. This action will prevent the customer's information from appearing in searches for new orders.

By following these steps, the specified customer's information will be successfully hidden from view in the new order search results. If you need to enable the profile again in the future, simply reverse the status adjustment.
