Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log In

  1. Open the Turns Business Manager and log in using your authorized credentials to access the platform securely.


Step 2: Navigate to Settings

  1. From the main menu, click on Settings to enter the configuration area.

  2. Under Settings, select Order Detailing, which houses various customization options for your services.


Step 3: Access Care Preferences

  1. Within the Order Detailing section, locate and click on Care Preferences to open the existing list of service options.


Step 4: Add a New Section

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Care Preferences page.

  2. Click on the Add Another Section button to initiate the process of creating a new care preference category.


Step 5: Configure the New Section

  1. A dialog box will appear where you can define the new care section.

    • Section Name: Enter a name that represents the category, such as "Special Fabric Care" or "Drying Preferences."

    • Options: Add specific options under this section, like "Delicate Wash," "Hang Dry Only," or "Eco-Friendly Detergent." You can input multiple options at once.

  2. Once completed, click Save to finalize the new section and its options.
