How to Use the Two-Way Chat Feature in Turns Business Manager

Here’s how you can use the Two-Way Chat in Turns to interact with customers, manage conversations, and run targeted campaigns

1. Log in to Turns Business Manager

Open the Turns Dashboard with your email and password.


2. Access the Chat Feature

You can start a chat from two places:

  • Customers List → Click the chat icon (Instant Customer Chat).

  • Customer Detail Page → Open a customer’s profile and start a conversation.


3. Real-Time Two-Way Chat

  • Instantly interact with customers using text, images, or audio.

  • Perfect for quick order updates, special offers, or resolving queries.


4. AI Auto-Assist

  • Inside chat, toggle the AI Assistant ON/OFF.

  • When ON → AI replies to customers if staff are unavailable.

  • When OFF → Only attendants reply.


5. Customer Segments View

See the number of customers in each segment before sending campaigns, helping you create sharper and data-driven promotions.


6. Marketing Campaigns via Chat

  • Go to Marketing → Create Campaign → Text Campaign.

  • Select a segment (e.g., VIP customers).

  • Write your campaign message (e.g., Free Pickup + 10% Off).

  • Launch the campaign → messages sync directly with customer chat history.


7. Check Delivery & History

  • Open Inbox to verify if the customer received your message.

  • Chat history is always saved under Customer Details.
