How to Create a Quick Order in Business Manager

The Quick Order feature allows you to quickly create and process orders by eliminating unnecessary steps and applying preset defaults.

Step 1: Access Turns Business Manager

Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.


Step 2: Navigate to Quick Orders

Go to the Quick Orders section from your dashboard to begin creating a new order.


Step 3: Click on “Quick Order”

Select the Quick Order button to start a new quick order process.


Step 4: Add or Search Customer

You can either add a new customer by clicking on the plus (+) icon or search for an existing customer using their name, contact details, or email ID.


Step 5: Create Quick Order

Enter the required details such as:

  • Number of Bags

  • Quantity

  • Weight (in lbs)
    After entering the details, click on “Done.”


Step 6: Enter Additional Information

Add any extra details such as due date, customer preferences, or notes if required.
Then click on Create Order to proceed.


Step 7: Print and Send Notifications

Use the available checkboxes to:

  • Print customer receipts

  • Print item or order tags

  • Send notifications via SMS or email

This ensures the customer stays informed at every stage of the order process.


Step 8: Review and Confirm

Carefully review all order details, then click on Start Processing to finalize the order.


Final Step

Once created, the order will automatically move to the In Process stage for further handling.
