Adding Vendor in Business Manager:
Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Go to Settings from the main menu and navigate to Location section then select Vendor option from the dropdown menu to access the list.
Initiate Vendor Addition: Click on the "+" icon to add a new vendor to the list.
Access Add Vendor Dialogue Box: In the prompted Add Vendor dialogue box, input the required details:
a. Name: Provide the full name of the vendor.
b. Email: Enter the email address associated with the vendor.
c. Mobile: Enter the mobile number of the vendor.
d. Address: Enter the complete address of the vendor.
e. Tax ID: Specify the Tax Identification Number (Tax ID) of the vendor.
f. Short Code: Assign a short, identifiable code for the vendor.g. Status: You can untoggle the bar to activate the status.
h. Prefix: Enter the prefix for the Vendor.
i. Session Year: Input the session year.
j. Start Order id: Enter the starting of the Order id.
k. Select Products: You can also select products from the dropdown options.
l. Note: Optionally, include any relevant notes relevant to the vendor.Finalize Vendor Addition: Click "Create" to confirm and complete the addition process.
