How can I Cancel the Pickup Request?

Canceling a pickup request ensures operational flexibility and customer service responsiveness.

Cancelling Pickup Request:

  • Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Navigate to Transactions section from the main menu and then select Pickup Request option to access the respective List.

  • Navigating to Pickup Request List: Access the Pickup Request List and scroll to the right-hand side of the page.

  • Choosing Request to Cancel: Select the desired pickup request that you want to cancel.

  • Accessing Cancel Option: Under the Action Column for the selected request, locate and click on the Cancel button denoted by a bin icon.

  • Confirming Cancellation: In the Cancel Request dialogue box, click on “Yes! Cancel” to confirm and finalize the cancellation process.
