Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the Business Manager:
Begin by logging into your admin panel or business manager.
Access the Transactions Section:
On the left side menu, locate and select the Transactions option.
Navigate to Delivery Requests:
Within the Transactions section, click on Delivery Request.
Locate the Customer:
Browse through the list to find the customer whose delivery request you need to cancel.
Initiate the Cancellation:
Scroll to the right of the customer's row.
In the last column, hover over the bin icon. You will see the Cancel option appear.
Click on the bin icon.
Confirm the Cancellation:
A confirmation pop-up will appear on your screen.
Click on Yes to confirm the cancellation.
