Step 1: Open the Business Manager
Log into your admin panel or business manager using your credentials.
Step 2: Access the Transactions Section
On the left-hand menu, locate and select the Transactions option.
Step 3: Navigate to Delivery Requests
Within the Transactions section, click on the Delivery Request option.
Step 4: Locate the Customer
Browse through the list of delivery requests to find the customer whose request you wish to cancel.
Step 5: Initiate the Cancellation
Scroll to the right side of the customer's row in the list.
In the last column, hover over the bin icon.
The Cancel option will appear. Click on the bin icon to initiate the cancellation.
Step 6: Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation pop-up will appear on your screen.
Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.
