Rescheduling the Pickup Request:
Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Navigate to Transactions section from the main menu and then select Pickup Request option to access the respective List.
Accessing Pickup Request List: Navigate to the Pickup Request List and scroll to the right-hand side of the page.
Choosing Request to Reschedule: Select the desired pickup request that you want to reschedule.
Converting to Order: Click on the “Convert to Order” option, denoted by an orange color.
Confirmation Alert: In the Confirmation Alert dialogue box, click on “YES,” which will redirect you to the Create New Order page.
Adjusting Due Date: On the top of the Create New Order page, click on the Due Date option to reschedule the pickup with your desired date and time.
