Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager
Use your authorized credentials to access the system.
Step 2: Navigate to the Pickup Request Section
From the main menu, go to Transactions, then select Pickup Request to view the list of all pickup requests.
Step 3: Access the Pickup Request List
Scroll through the Pickup Request List to locate the specific request you wish to reschedule.
Step 4: Select the Desired Request
Identify the pickup request you want to reschedule.
Step 5: Use the Edit Option
In the Action Column, click the Edit option, represented by a pen icon, to open the editing interface.
Step 6: Choose a New Date and Time
Select a pickup date and time that aligns with both your business schedule and the customer's convenience.
Step 7: Apply Discounts or Promotions (Optional)
If applicable, apply any relevant discounts or promotions to the order.
Step 8: Add Special Instructions
Include any specific instructions for the driver, such as handling specifics or special delivery notes.
Step 9: Review and Confirm Details
Double-check all entered details for accuracy.
Step 10: Finalize the Reschedule
Click Proceed at the bottom-right of the screen to confirm and complete the rescheduling process.
