How can I reschedule the Pickup Request?

Rescheduling a pickup request ensures flexibility and meets customer scheduling preferences efficiently.

Rescheduling the Pickup Request:

  • Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigation: Navigate to Transactions section from the main menu and then select Pickup Request option to access the respective List.

  • Accessing Pickup Request List: Navigate to the Pickup Request List and scroll to the right-hand side of the page.

  • Choosing Request to Reschedule: Select the desired pickup request that you want to reschedule.

  • Converting to Order: Click on the “Convert to Order” option, denoted by an orange color.

  • Confirmation Alert: In the Confirmation Alert dialogue box, click on “YES,” which will redirect you to the Create New Order page.

  • Adjusting Due Date: On the top of the Create New Order page, click on the Due Date option to reschedule the pickup with your desired date and time.
