How can I cancel the Pickup request from the Business Manager?

Follow these steps to cancel a pickup request efficiently

Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager

Use your authorized credentials to access the system.


Step 2: Navigate to the Pickup Request Section

From the main menu, go to Transactions, then select Pickup Request to view the list of all pickup requests.


Step 3: Access the Pickup Request List

Scroll through the Pickup Request List to locate the specific request you wish to cancel.


Step 4: Select the Desired Request

Identify the pickup request to cancel and ensure it is the correct one.


Step 5: Use the Cancel Option

In the Action Column, find the Cancel button, represented by a bin icon, and click it.


Step 6: Confirm the Cancellation

A Cancel Request dialogue box will appear. Click on “Yes! Cancel” to confirm and finalize the cancellation.
