Step 1: Log into Turns Business Manager
Log in with your authorized credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Transactions Section
From the main menu, go to Transactions and select the Invoice option to access the Invoice List.
Step 3: Select the Desired Invoice
From the list of invoices:
Locate the specific invoice you want to send.
Scroll to the right-hand side of the page.
Step 4: Access the Notification Option
In the Action Column, find the "message" icon (representing the Email/SMS option) and click on it.
Step 5: Send the Invoice Notification
Once the icon is clicked:
A notification containing the invoice details will be sent successfully to the customer via the chosen method (Email/SMS).
