Create a Gift Card
Step 1: Access Gift Cards
Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigate to:
Transactions
Gift Card
Step 2: Create a New Gift Card
Select the + icon.
Click Create Gift Card.
Step 3: Select Recipient Type
Under Create For, choose one of the following options:
Self – Send the gift card to yourself.
Others – Send the gift card to another recipient.
Step 4: Select the Sender
In the Sender (Customer) field:
Search using:
Customer name
Phone number
Email address
Select the customer from the search results.
Step 5: Enter Gift Card Amount
In the Gift Card Amount field:
Enter the gift card amount.
bStep 6: Add a Gift Card Message
In the Gift Card Message field:
Enter a personalized message for the recipient.
Step 7: Choose Delivery Method
Under Send Using, select one or more delivery options:
SMS
Email
WhatsApp
At least one delivery method must be selected.
Step 8: Schedule Delivery
Under Send When, choose one of the following options:
Now – Sends the gift card immediately
Schedule Later – Schedule the gift card for a future date and time
If Schedule Later is selected, complete the following fields:
Send Date *
Select the delivery date for the gift card.
Send Time *
Select the delivery time for the gift card.
Step 9: Proceed to Payment
After completing all required fields:
Review the entered information
Confirm the delivery method and schedule
Proceed to payment and send the gift card.
Gift Cards in Turns POS – Short Note
Gift cards in Turns POS act as store credit that can be issued to customers as a gift or compensation. They are redeemable only within the laundromat through the Turns platform and are not compatible with PayRange machines or other services like car wash or gift shop.
Customers can use a gift card at checkout by selecting the “Redeem Code” option, which automatically deducts the balance from the order total. They can also add the gift card balance to their wallet for future use.
Gift cards are applicable only for services processed through Turns, such as pickup & delivery and laundromat orders placed via the platform.
