Converting Pickup Request to Order:
Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigate to Transactions then select Pickup Requests from the dropdown menu to view the pickup request list.
Locate the desired pickup request and navigate to the Action column.
Click on the "Convert to Order" option.
Confirm the action by selecting "Yes" in the Confirmation Alert dialogue box. This will direct you to the order confirmation page where you can make any necessary edits.
Proceed by selecting the "Charge Later" or "Charge Now" option to move to the payment stage. Here, you can add a tip and choose a preferred payment method.
Optionally, you can print both customer and store receipts and send notifications as needed.
Upon completion, an invoice will be generated which you can save or print for reference.
Review and edit the order if required, then proceed by clicking "Start Processing".
Notes:
Once the order is in the "Processing" stage, click on "Ready for Pickup/Delivery," followed by "Complete" to finalize the process.
