How can I convert the Pickup Request to an order from the Business Manager?

Converting Pickup Request to Order:

  • Access Turns Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.

  • Navigate to Transactions > Pickup Requests from the dropdown menu to view the pickup request list.

  • Locate the desired pickup request and navigate to the Action column.

  • Click on the "Convert to Order" option.

  • Confirm the action by selecting "Yes" in the Confirmation Alert dialogue box. This will direct you to the order confirmation page where you can make any necessary edits.

  • Proceed by selecting the "Charge Later" or "Charge Now" option to move to the payment stage. Here, you can add a tip and choose a preferred payment method.

  • Optionally, you can print both customer and store receipts and send notifications as needed.

  • Upon completion, an invoice will be generated which you can save or print for reference.

  • Review and edit the order if required, then proceed by clicking "Start Processing."

Notes:

  • Once the order is in the "Processing" stage, click on "Ready for Pickup/Delivery," followed by "Complete" to finalize the process.
