Creating a Delivery Request in Business Manager:
Access Business Manager: Log in to the Turns Business Manager using your authorized credentials.
Navigation: Navigate to Transactions then select Delivery Requests from the dropdown menu to access the requested list.
Initiate a new delivery request by clicking on the "+" icon.
In the Create Delivery Request dialogue box, provide the necessary details. Complete the required fields such as:
a. Store Name: Choose the Store Name from the Option or Enter your preferred Store.
b. Customer Name: Provide the name of the customer for whom you wish to request a delivery.
c. Service Type: Please select the type of service from the two options provided: Route or DoorDash.
Please proceed to the next step by specifying the desired delivery date and time on the following page.
Optionally, you can apply any available Promo/Coupon before proceeding further.
Proceed to the next page to review the summary of the delivery request you have created.
Review your information: Upon completion, your delivery request will be successfully created and visible in the list.
